How Nova Executive Cars collects, uses and protects your personal information.
The terms that apply to bookings made with Nova Executive Cars Ltd.
1. About Us
Nova Executive Cars Ltd is a chauffeur and private hire company registered in the United Kingdom. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, by email or via a recognised account channel. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are agreed at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of booking or in line with the terms of your corporate account. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, extra mileage and tolls, all detailed in your booking confirmation.
4. Waiting Time
Airport transfers include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the time the flight lands. For all other journeys, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting is included from the booked pickup time. Additional waiting is charged per minute based on the vehicle class booked.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be charged at up to 100% of the booking value. No-shows will be charged in full. Specific cancellation terms apply to weddings, full-day bookings and corporate accounts and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and treat the vehicle with care. We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger is abusive, threatening or causes damage to the vehicle. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged in full.
7. Luggage
Luggage capacity varies by vehicle. Please confirm passenger and luggage numbers at the time of booking. We accept no liability for items left in the vehicle, though we will do everything reasonable to return them to you.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always do everything we can to minimise disruption and keep you informed.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, missed meetings or missed events, except where caused by our gross negligence.
10. Insurance
All Nova Executive Cars vehicles are fully insured for private hire use. Passengers travel under our insurance for the duration of the booking.
11. Complaints
Any complaints should be sent in writing to bookings@novaexecutivecars.co.uk within 14 days of the journey. We will respond within seven working days.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
